International Travel Pass & Location Portability Notice

Bubo Social guarantees account access and profile portability under our secure international travel pass architecture. Once an account has been successfully verified and registered within its true physical country of origin, a secure, cryptographic session token is issued. Registered users who travel internationally maintain full portability and may securely access their account from any international IP address, bypassing initial registration blocks.

Users explicitly acknowledge and agree that geographic features—including localized Food-Catch drops, zip code lookups, and state-level community mixers—will dynamically re-index based on the user's active, real-time physical territory. Bubo Social does not guarantee that flash deals or local content originating in the user's home country will be accessible or valid while traveling outside that specific region's data node.

Data, posts, and media assets created within a specific origin country remain bound to that region's data node privacy rules. International travel does not alter the underlying data sovereignty of your pre-existing profile structures.
