Bubo Social and the Food-Catch system serve strictly as an interactive communication utility for real-time local drop discovery. Bubo Social is not a merchant, a restaurant operator, or a food processing agent. No financial transactions, payment processing, or point-of-sale activities take place directly on the Bubo Social servers for these restaurant deals.

All final commercial transactions, payment handling, check calculations, and state/local sales tax applications occur exclusively between the consumer and the physical third-party merchant kitchen at their brick-and-mortar location. Bubo Social is not a processing party to local transactions and does not issue direct retail or menu item refunds.

Any pricing discrepancies, receipt disputes, order inaccuracies, or food safety complaints must be settled directly with the management of the physical restaurant establishment. Food-Catch simply hosts the communication data; the local kitchen entirely owns the transactional responsibility.
