Master Terms of Service & Acceptable Use Policy

By accessing the platform nodes at bubo-social.com or launching the application infrastructure, you explicitly agree to follow these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these baseline data regulations, you are not authorized to build profiles or access our isolated persona spaces.

Registration is strictly open to individuals who meet our mandatory verification requirements:

• Age Gate: Users must complete our 'Birthday Entry' prompt. You must be at least 13 (thirteen) years old to create an active profile record. Falsification of birth dates triggers immediate, permanent account deletion.
• Location Integrity: To prevent automated bot fraud and scam rings, registration requests must pass our real-time IP-to-Country match layer via IPQualityScore. The use of hidden proxy servers, anonymous hosting nodes, or VPN cloaking tools during registration is explicitly forbidden and will result in automated registration denials.

Users must strictly respect our Multi-Persona Sandbox boundaries to maintain platform safety:

• Close Circle (Gold): Sharing, screenshotting, or leaking media assets from another member's private Shared Vault into public spaces constitutes a material breach of service and grounds for termination.
• Professional Space (Teal): Misrepresenting resume credentials or skills within the Professional Portfolio interface is strictly prohibited.
• Public Space (Turquoise): Public updates, media rooms, and interaction rows are subject to decentralized human moderation rules.

Bubo Social enforces a zero-tolerance policy for user-generated content that compromises our community spaces. Accounts will be permanently restricted if they distribute spam, illegal materials, malicious software links, or content designed to harass or spoof real-world human identities.
