Bubo Social provides the technical infrastructure for the Professional Circle environment strictly as a networking utility. Bubo Social does not function as an employment agency, headhunter, staffing firm, or legal background vetting service. The platform serves solely as a connection canvas to facilitate professional interactions.

All profile descriptions, portfolios, resumes, job histories, education data, and skill tags displayed within the Blue Professional Space are entirely user-generated content. Bubo Social does not independently audit, verify, or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or completeness of statements uploaded by account holders. Employers and independent parties are strictly responsible for conducting their own external due diligence, credential checks, and background verifications before engaging in employment discussions.

Bubo Social disclaims all liability for employment decisions, contractual agreements, hiring choices, or industry collaborations arising from connections made through the platform. Users accept full personal and civil responsibility for networking outcomes, interview loops, and independent workspace communications.
