Marketplace Hold Harmless Agreement

The Bubo Social Marketplace is a communication utility that lets members post and discover listings inside their own circles. Bubo Social is not a seller, buyer, broker, agent, or auctioneer. Every offer, negotiation, payment, delivery, and exchange of goods or services occurs exclusively between the listing member and the responding member. Bubo Social never collects, holds, transfers, or processes money for Marketplace transactions.

By posting a listing or responding to one, you agree to hold harmless, defend, and indemnify Bubo Social, its owners, operators, and moderators from any and all claims, losses, damages, injuries, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to any Marketplace transaction. This includes, without limitation, defective or misrepresented items, services not performed, payment disputes, theft, fraud, personal injury, property damage, and failure to deliver. You transact entirely at your own risk.

Any dispute over price, condition, quality, payment, or delivery must be resolved directly between the members involved. Bubo Social does not mediate, arbitrate, refund, or guarantee any transaction, and makes no warranty about the accuracy of listings or the identity, reliability, or conduct of any member. Members are responsible for verifying items and services before paying, meeting in safe public places, and complying with all applicable laws. Suspected fraud or illegal listings should be reported through the profile reporting flow.
