Bubo Social respects the creative works and intellectual property of others and expects its community members to do the same. Users retain full ownership and copyright responsibility for the original text entries, video assets, and image uploads they publish across their isolated persona spaces.

Uploading, streaming, or distributing media assets that infringe upon third-party copyrights, trademark protections, or proprietary industrial designs is strictly prohibited. Accounts flagged for repeated, intentional copyright violations within Public spaces or the "My Catches" feed layers will face permanent profile restriction and database deletion.

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and international safe harbor frameworks, copyright owners who believe their protected work has been copied or hosted unlawfully on Bubo Social servers may submit an official Notice of Infringement to our designated agent. The notification must include:

• A physical or electronic signature of the authorized copyright holder.
• Precise identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• The specific URL string or internal component location where the infringing material resides.
• Direct contact information, including an email address and telephone number.
• A good-faith statement that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.

If an account holder believes their uploaded media asset or "Catch" stream was removed or disabled due to an administrative error or misidentification, they maintain the right to submit a formal Counter-Notification to our security desk to petition for content restoration.
