Food-Catch Merchant & Flash Deal Disclaimer

All real-time drops, time-capped flash discounts, pricing tiers, menu options, and table availability displayed under the Food-Catch system are generated entirely by independent third-party partner kitchens and local restaurants. Bubo Social does not operate, manage, or control these external commercial entities.

Flash drops are strictly subject to localized time restrictions and maximum utilization caps established solely by the offering restaurant. Bubo Social cannot guarantee that a merchant will honor an offer once the expiration window closes, or if the digital redemption cap has been reached by community members.

Bubo Social serves purely as a structural communication framework connecting local diners with neighborhood kitchens. Bubo Social disclaims all liability for food service quality, culinary order accuracy, health standard fulfillment, or payment processing disputes arising at physical restaurant establishments.

While Bubo Social strives to transmit localized drops instantly based on user-declared Zip Codes, network transmission times may vary. Users acknowledge that flash drops reflect real-time live inventory that can change rapidly based on immediate restaurant traffic.
