Bubo Social functions strictly as an interactive computer service provider. All thoughts, images, text, links, and video communications uploaded to Close Circles, Professional Threads, or Public Feeds are the sole responsibility of the individual account holder who generated them. Bubo Social does not write, pre-screen, or exert editorial oversight over daily community communications.

Consistent with our “Wiser Way to Connect” structural framework, individual sub-communities, groups, and interest fields are governed by decentralized human moderators. These moderators are independent users elected or assigned within local circles to uphold specific community rules. Bubo Social does not control, employ, or direct these decentralized moderators, and their administrative actions, content removals, or user suspensions are independent of corporate oversight.

Bubo Social maintains an in-app reporting tool allowing users to flag material that violates our baseline terms of service. Upon receiving validated notification of illicit material, our engineering layer acts swiftly to restrict access in compliance with regional safe harbor statues. However, the system disclaims all liability for temporary delays in automated text processing or manual moderation reviews.

The appearance of specialized commercial discussions, localized events, political commentary, or social opinions within Bubo Social circles does not constitute a corporate endorsement, verification, or validation of those ideas by Bubo Social or its management teams.
