Catch Engine Video Streaming & Interruption Notice

The "Catch" interactive video and live-streaming infrastructure is provided strictly on an "as-is" and "as-available" baseline framework. Bubo Social disclaims all liability for local network latency, global data routing delays, bandwidth fluctuations, or connectivity interruptions that may occur during real-time user uploads or live broadcasts.

Bubo Social is not responsible for mobile device memory crashes, camera module failures, or sudden application termination caused by individual user hardware limitations or local carrier data throttling during an active live stream.

Bubo Social reserves the right to temporarily suspend, interrupt, or buffer any live "Catch" stream for automated technical maintenance, server load balancing, or immediate security interventions without prior notice to the broadcaster or viewing audience.
