Bubo Social is a dedicated social utility designed strictly for individuals aged 13 (thirteen) and older. The platform does not knowingly collect, harvest, or request personal data from children under the age of 13. Any account discovered to be created by, or assigned to, an individual under this age threshold will be permanently deleted from our active database records without exception.

To maintain a safe network and comply with regional age-gating legislation, Bubo Social employs real-time, automated IP-to-Country cross-matching at the moment of registration. Any attempts to cloak physical identity via unverified proxy servers, malicious hosting networks, or hidden VPN configurations during account creation will result in an immediate automated denial of registration.

Once an account has been verified and safely established within its true physical country of origin, a secure, cryptographic session token is issued. Registered users who travel internationally maintain full global portability and may securely access their account from any international IP address, provided they possess an authenticated, pre-verified session signature.

If a parent or legal guardian discovers that their child under the age of 13 has bypassed our entry filters by using falsified registration information, they may immediately file an expedited deletion request by contacting our security desk. Upon verification, the technical team will wipe all matching profile parameters, location history, and device cache logs from our servers.
